PURPOSE:

This short-term internship offers hands-on exposure to marketing and sales within a dynamic, consumer-focused organization. The intern will actively support brand, marketing, and go-to-market initiatives while gaining insight into the end-to-end business, including operations, agency collaboration, and retail execution. The role is designed to provide practical experience, build commercial acumen, and encourage fresh, youth-oriented thinking to support team objectives.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:

  • Support brand development initiatives, including marketing innovation and communication strategies
  • Assist with consumer research and insights to identify needs and inform decision-making
  • Partner with Sales on go-to-market strategies and retailer-facing initiatives
  • Gain exposure to factory operations to understand production processes and operational impact
  • Collaborate with external agencies on marketing execution and creative development
  • Contribute to shopper marketing, social media, and communication efforts
  • Bring a fresh, youth-focused perspective to enhance relevance and engagement
  • Monitor category trends and competitor activity and share insights with the team
  • Translate learnings into actionable recommendations that support business goals

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn the full scope of the business
  • Strong interest in marketing, sales, branding, or consumer behavior
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to insights
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and take initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain order in a dynamic environment
  • Clear verbal and written communication for interacting with staff, vendors, and leadership

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related field

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:

Base starting rate ranges from $20 to $25/hr. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to competitive base pay, this role includes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and financial security
