Corporate Support Operations & Analytics Intern

Position Title: Corporate Support Operations & Analytics Intern
Department: Corporate Support Services
Reports To: President - Michael Reingruber 
Position Type: Internship (Full-Time, Temporary)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Corporate Support teams through reporting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. This internship is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience that enhances the student’s educational journey and supports future professional development.

The Intern will gain exposure to a variety of business functions while assisting with data collection, report development, process improvement initiatives, and administrative support activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn how corporate operations support organizational success in a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and presentations for corporate support teams.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to support operational and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Contracts, Recruiting, IT, and other support functions.
  • Support process improvement initiatives through research, documentation, and analysis.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, summaries, charts, and other reporting materials.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and observations.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Complete administrative and project-based assignments as requested.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
