Solicitamos: IT Trainee orientado al Servicio a Cliente, para unirse a nuestro equipo en Santiago de Querétaro, México.

Esta es una excelente oportunidad para las personas que buscan iniciar su carrera y adquirir experiencia práctica en la industria.

Objetivo: Mejorar el tiempo de respuesta en el área de producción y oficinas, redes, líneas SMT y telecomunicaciones

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Ser ESTUDIANTE ACTIVO de los ultimos semestres de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información, Ingeniería en Redes o carreras afines.
  • Contar con Seguro Facultativo Vigente.
  • Disponibilidad de horario 7:30 am a 4:30 pm.
  • Disponibilidad de dar prácticas de 1 año en adelante.
  • Disponibilidad de laborar de manera presencial.
  • Conocimientos de Redes y Hardware.
  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación.
  • Inglés Intermedio

Actividades a Desempeñar:

  • Atención al cliente y seguimiento a solicitudes de soporte técnico.
  • Solución de problemas de Windows.
  • Soporte e instalación de aplicaciones de Kostal.
  • Configuración de switches y solución básica de problemas.
  • Configuración de laptops y computadoras de escritorio.
  • Soporte de producción (EOLTs).
  • Mejorar el tiempo de respuesta a los usuarios.
  • Completar documentación de IT.
  • Implementación de 5S en el área de IT.
  • Soporte al equipo de IT según las necesidades del área.
