Role Title: Order Management Intern

Location: Silver City, Pasig, Metro Manila (Hybrid)



 

About the Role:



The Order Management Intern supports the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, review, release, and transmission of purchase and sample orders to the warehouse for fulfillment
  • Inspect and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Proactively communicate inventory status and updates to OEM and international partners
  • Support business operations, including special pricing requests, quotations, and freight estimates
  • Participate in weekly open order reviews and provide updates to internal teams and external partners
  • Document recurring processes to ensure continuity and ease of handover to backups or successors
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes
  • Collaborate with the allocation team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order allocation
  • Support the team with graphic design needs, particularly for marketplace listings and postings
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned



 

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge or experience in graphic design
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness and amenability to work on a night schedule and hybrid work set-up in Silver City, Pasig
