Meet Network Right
Network Right is the fractional IT team for the fastest-growing, venture-backed companies, including top AI startups and the VCs backing them.
We partner with startups as their dedicated IT function, handling day-to-day support while guiding long-term strategy as they scale.
We've supported hundreds of startups from seed to acquisition, with clients like Laurel, Baseten, Eventbrite, and Hightouch trusting us to build secure, scalable IT foundations. Founded by seasoned IT executives, we operate across the U.S. with offices in San Francisco and New York City.
About the Role
Network Right is looking for an IT Support, Operations, or People/Office Management Intern to join our team and get hands-on experience at a high-growth company. This is a ground-floor opportunity to learn how a scaling business operates from the inside, working closely with founders and contributing to real initiatives from day one.
What You’ll Do:
Because we're a startup, no two days look the same. Depending on where your interests lie and where the business needs you, your responsibilities will shift and evolve. You might be focused on IT and tools management one week and jumping into a business operations project the next. Some areas you could find yourself working in:
IT and tools management: Software provisioning, device management, and internal tooling support
Business operations and strategy: Process improvement, special projects, and initiatives that help the company scale
Office and administrative management: Scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly
Ad hoc projects: Research, process building, or whatever the business needs most at any given moment
What We're Looking For:
A genuine interest in tech, startups, and the venture ecosystem
Someone who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A willingness to jump in on whatever is needed and figure things out on the fly
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field
Compensation: $20 per hour
Duration: 3-month internship with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role after 90 days
Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Onsite required M-TH, either our San Francisco or New York City office
