1. Facilitate onboarding of IGTS staff (badges, working places, Philips Suzhou NEO requirements)
2. Support on administrative tasks like travel arrangements
3. Support procurement and shipment of parts for the innovation projects
4. Provide general project support activities
5. Organize, support, and facilitate team events
6. Arrange meetings, meeting rooms, meeting minutes
7. Support R&D project activities

You are a good fit if :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher

• Proficient in English, including excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills

• Available to work 3-5 days per week, with a minimum internship duration of 3 months
