POSITION SUMMARY

The candidate will join Cartier Macau brand management office, reporting to Senior Client Activation and Development Manager.  Key responsibilities include support in client strategic project, analyzing client data & marketing insights and planning and execution of client engagement programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support in client strategic projects and monitoring of CRM program performance

  • Two key project missions: Macau client experience upgrade project, Four Seasons boutique reopening taskforce
  • Support CRM team to build the client data mindset across all channels in Macau (training on data topics and follow up on KPIs and performance)
  • Monitoring client/ CRM/ WeCom dashboards, and keep track of CRM program KPIs for all channels (retail, travel retail , WS) to improve team performance
  • Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives

Build market intelligence and client knowledge  

  • Gather relevant market intelligence including market trends, competitor studies, luxury news etc. for the preparation of Business Reviews, Monthly Sales Meetings and the Commercial and Market Action Plans
  • Proactively monitor market trends and analyze data through self-initiated curiosity and share findings with relevant stakeholders

Data & Insights

  • Oversee client database completeness, accuracy, growth, maintenance, and insights
  • Support client programs from data mining to retention program, perform regular client data analyses for effective client programs (client profiles, purchase behavior, insights)
  • Translate data from dashboards into meaningful insights

Client Engagement Program

  • Support the planning and execution of client engagement initiatives and activities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to address client needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure seamless client experience
  • Proactively identify and propose innovative strategies to enhance client engagement and cultivate strong, lasting relationships
