About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Participated in R&D projects: assisted in gathering information and organizing data; participated in solution design, analysis, testing, and optimization.
  • Laboratory testing: understand experimental conditions; participate in preliminary testing and feasibility analysis during the early stages of R&D, as well as the production of prototypes.
  • Process and technical preparation: participate in the planning of large-scale test specimens, as well as the design and setup of processes.
  • On-site technical support: provide on-site technical support for production lines; record information during the sample preparation process; and compile and analyse data on test results.
  • Perform other support tasks assigned by the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with major in chemistry, materials science, physics, and mechanics preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office（Word/Excel/PPT).

  • Strong learning ability and a serious, responsible attitude.
