The Ideal Candidate

  • Conduct market intelligence and analysis by researching, collecting, and synthesizing data from multiple sources, including market outlooks, industry trends, market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive intelligence within the aviation industry.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of key external factors on the aviation market, such as recent conflicts in the Middle East, jet fuel price fluctuations, departure trends, and airline countermeasures.
  • Support special projects on a range of strategic topics, including:
    • High-speed rail competition analysis
    • USM/PMA intelligence
    • China’s 15th Five-Year Plan, with a focus on the aviation industry
    • Cargo-related market analysis
    • Other region-specific critical topics as needed
  • Assist with additional tasks and ad hoc projects based on business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
