About the Role

Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du unseren Bereich People & Culture in vielen unterschiedlichen Themen und lernst so den kompletten Bereich während deines Studiums kennen. 

Personaladministration & Employee Life Cycle für unsere Standorte in Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien, Belgien, Niederlande, Polen, Schweden, UK & US
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zusatzvereinbarungen, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnissen und Kündigungsbestätigungen
  • Administrative Begleitung des gesamten Employee Life Cycles (Eintritt, Änderungen, Austritt)
  • Unterstützung bei BEM-Prozessen und Workation-Administration
  • Pflege und Verwaltung digitaler Personalakten sowie Mitarbeitendendaten
Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Unterstützung im internationalen Recruiting (Interviewkoordination, Bewerberkommunikation über unser Bewerbersystem)
  • Organisation und Koordination des Onboardings 
HR-Prozesse & Dokumentation
  • Pflege von HR-Systemen und Tools (z. B. Deel, Confluence, OneNote)
  • Aktualisierung und Dokumentation von HR-Prozessen
  • Digitale Ablage und Strukturierung von HR-Dokumenten

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst Personalmanagement oder einen vergleichbaren wirtschafts-/rechtswissenschaftlichen Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Personal.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Personalmanagement eines Unternehmens mit (z.B. durch Praktika).
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und eine Hands-on-Mentalität aus.
  • Du arbeitest in hohem Maße eigenverantwortlich und sorgfältig, bist gut organisiert und hast ein gutes Auge für Details.
  • Du hast gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) und bist sicher in der deutschen Rechtschreibung und Grammatik.
  • Mit deiner aufgeschlossenen und kommunikativen Persönlichkeit passt du optimal in unser Team.
  • Du beherrscht Deutsch auf "Native Speaker"-Niveau und hast Lust, deine guten Englischkenntnisse anzuwenden
