MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Support the Country Lead and Office Manager, and also our cross-functional teams with daily administrative work such as:

  • Supporting our Office Manager in daily operational work in our affiliate
  • Supporting our cross-functional teams with Purchase Order process and vendor management
  • Supporting our cross-functional teams in organizing promotional and non-promotional events
  • Supporting local strategic projects
  • Manage the governance of local corporate website and our company’s brand related materials
  • Contribute to discussion by adding your unique perspective

ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

  • Knowledge of and experience with the pharmaceutical industry as whole
  • Learnings from different members of the cross functional team (Operations, Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Ethics & Compliance and Quality)
  • Dedicated time for career and development planning as part of the annual performance review cycle
  • Participate in internal capabilities trainings
  • Opportunity to pursue new opportunities within the company

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Final year of bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a master's degree in health science or business (e.g. pharmacy, molecular biomedicine, biotechnology, medicine) with a business mindset.
  • At least 1 full year left to study
  • Language skills: Finnish, strong English skills, Swedish is a plus
  • Have strong skills in Microsoft 365 programs, knowledge of online platform management, online media channels and websites.
  • Capable to work independently under pressure, prioritize work, take initiative, act pro-actively, and take responsibility
  • Structured, flexible, and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Thrive in an intense, result-oriented, and cross-functional work environment
  • Able to think out of the box in a complex industry governed by rules and regulations
  • Detail oriented, reliable, and precise in execution
  • Comfortable with sharing ideas for process enhancement
  • A strong communicator
  • A quick learner that pro-actively invests in self-development
