What you´ll build
- Contribute to the development and design of learning content for the global Early Talent Program
- Support the conceptual and operational planning, organization, and execution of virtual events, including administrative and logistical coordination
- Draft, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications across various channels
- Collaborate closely with trainers, facilitators, and team members to ensure the accurate delivery and continuous maintenance of all learning materials
- Oversee and manage backend operations related to learning content, including the organization and transfer of materials within relevant platforms
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business administration, educational sciences, psychology fields, social sciences or comparable
- Computer skills: Confident use of MS Office applications, especially good PowerPoint & Excel skills; nice to have: picture/video editing skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in applying AI to improve workflows
- Language skills: Strong English skills written and spoken, German is a plus
- Soft skills: Team player, very strong communication skills, high commitment and accountability, proactive & independent work ethic
- Other important skills/experience: Work experience in corporate HR (or Learning) is appreciated
- Working from office is required (Walldorf)

The Global Early Talent Experience (getX) team is part of SAP Next Gen within the People & Culture Board Area. Our mission as Global Early Talent Experience Team is to improve the initial two-year work experience of our early talent with an easy-to-navigate learning experience that equips them with supporting resources and networking opportunities in a timely manner to allow them to progress their career at SAP.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
