What Will You Do?
- Support day-to-day HR operations (employee relations, onboarding, documentation).
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs (training, engagement, well-being initiatives).
- Support employee data management and HR systems updates.
- Help coordinate onboarding and induction processes.
- Provide support in employee communications and HR campaigns.
- Assist in HR metrics tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Training, EHS).

Qualifications for Your Success
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR generalist functions
- Basic understanding of labor regulations (preferred).
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Confidence presenting and communicating ideas
- Intermediate to Advanced English
