About the Role

What Will You Do?

  • Support day-to-day HR operations (employee relations, onboarding, documentation).
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs (training, engagement, well-being initiatives).
  • Support employee data management and HR systems updates.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and induction processes.
  • Provide support in employee communications and HR campaigns.
  • Assist in HR metrics tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Training, EHS).

Qualifications for Your Success

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR generalist functions
  • Basic understanding of labor regulations (preferred).
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Confidence presenting and communicating ideas
  • Intermediate to Advanced English
