More about the role

This is an exciting job internship opportunity for you to light the way as a Corporate Communications intern in Amsterdam with Signify.

• Be a part of developing and executing communications plans to promote Signify’s mission, values, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to create content and support the publication of materials such as press releases, as well as content on social media and internal channels.
• Assisting the team with media monitoring and analyzing coverage data on a daily and weekly basis.
• Manage the editorial calendar and collect input from our global communications network.
• Community manager for social collaboration platform.
• Support corporate campaigns, events and drive online engagement and activation, including CSR and Sustainability.
• Creating and the sending of internal mass mails and newsletters.
• Help optimize our outreach by analyzing analytics on external and internal channels.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• Currently studying towards your bachelor HBO / master of science WO in, Communications, or other related studies.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Experience with digital platforms and knowledge of the latest communications trends.
• Experience with Google Analytics, pré if you have experience with Photoshop/Indesign and editing videos.
• Pro-active and hands on mentality.

•    EU students: To be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.
•    Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
