1. Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Training and Experience: Entry-level position. Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, or cybersecurity principles preferred.
3. Job Knowledge: Basic understanding of Windows systems, hardware, or enterprise IT environments preferred.

DESCRIPTION:
Under direct supervision of IT leadership, the Intern assists in all aspects of hospital-wide Information Technology, Information Systems, and Information Security operations. The Intern will support day-to-day operational tasks, assist with system support activities, and participate in projects to improve system performance, security posture, and workflow efficiency. Intern will assist IT staff as needed and gain exposure to enterprise healthcare systems..
Physical Effort: Works in well-lighted, air conditioned office. Some heavy lifting required.
Mental Effort: Position is prone to many interruptions and repetitive tasks.
