Join our innovating Internship Program

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support data analysis, planning, and monitoring of key indicators, contributing to the generation of insights to support decision-making processes.

The intern will work closely with various stakeholders, providing structured analyses and supporting cross-functional initiatives in an international environment.

During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including related monitoring and reporting activities

  • Perform periodic analyses on organizational data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities

  • Develop reporting and analytical tools, including dashboards and models to support decision-making processes

  • Prepare regular reports on metrics and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and clarity in data presentation

  • Support the creation of presentations for stakeholders and management

  • Manage and update data within information systems, ensuring data quality and reliability

  • Support the execution of ad hoc projects related to Functions, aimed at supporting strategic and operational decisions

  • Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements

  • Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders

  • Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics (preferred); alternatively: Data Analysis, Computer Science, Human-Machine Interaction.

  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Good knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, pivot tables)

  • Motivation to learn and work with large datasets.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different internal stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction
