YOUR ROLE

 

Integrated within the Corporate Communications Department of the CMA CGM Group, you will support the Partnerships and Sponsorship team in the coordination and activation of a wide range of projects (sports, cultural, and regional initiatives).

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the management of local, national, and international partnerships, while contributing to the visibility of a major French group and global leader in shipping and logistics.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Supporting the teams, you will contribute to:

 

  • Operational follow-up of existing partnerships (sports, cultural initiatives, regional sponsorship projects, etc.)
  • Support in partnership activations: internal/external coordination, implementation of communication tools, event materials, and logistical organization of existing partnerships (e.g. Olympique de Marseille, the Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale Team formerly associated with CMA CGM, etc.)
  • Events: support in the preparation and smooth execution of partner events (e.g. Marseille-Cassis, La Marseillaise des Femmes, Défi de Monte-Cristo, etc.)
  • Communication: contribution to the drafting of content (internal notes, PowerPoint presentations, reports, and presentations)
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders (Communications, HR, Legal teams, etc.) and external partners (partners, agencies, suppliers, and service providers)

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • You are currently studying at a Political Studies Institute (IEP), business school, or university, with a specialization in communication, marketing, sports marketing, or an equivalent field
  • You have a strong interest in partnerships, sports, culture, and events
  • You demonstrate a good command of office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong writing skills and excellent interpersonal abilities will be essential to succeed in this role
  • You have strong organizational skills and demonstrate rigor and autonomy
  • You are recognized for your team spirit and strong sense of service
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
