Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business insights
• Contribute to developing innovative solutions for complex business challenges
• Support implementation of new processes and business strategies
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project coordination
• Help create concepts, pilots, business cases, and execution plans
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of outputs
• Collaborate with international EY teams on cross-functional projects

Skills and attributes for success 

What we look for

• Suitable for graduates and university students
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (or in progress)
• Field: business, economics, finance, management or related
• English – Upper-intermediate (B2)
• Microsoft Excel – Advanced
