Our Office Interns play an important role in helping daily operations run smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, organizing information, and supporting team projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world business experience, develop professional skills, and work alongside a collaborative and energetic team. 


Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Help organize files, documents, and office materials both digitally and physically
  • Assist with onboarding, preparing onboarding materials, internal documents, and company communications
  • Maintain office organization, inventory, and supply tracking as needed
  • Assist with additional ad hoc projects and duties as assigned


Pay

  • Pay: $37,000/annually based on experience 
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm 
  • Weekly Pay Checks

Requirements


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred  
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills  
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment  
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized  
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and support multiple departments  
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling company information  
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) for prolonged periods  
  • Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment  
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date
