About the Role

We are currently seeking an office-based Call Center Intern to join our Phase 1 Unit Call Center team. This position will be part of a team focused on recruiting participants for our research studies and contributing to the company’s success.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to screen participants from a volunteer database;
  • Determine whether participants are eligible and available for research studies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required;
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications or life science related field;
  • Ability to work a first and second shift schedule between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm with the occasional weekend and extended hours.
