Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Help maintain general ledger accuracy and documentation
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Compile and analyze financial data using Excel and reporting tools
• Support audit preparation by organizing financial documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Participate in process improvement and financial reporting projects
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and cross-functional teams as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pursuant to New York law, Drive Medical provides a salary range in job advertisements. The salary for this role is $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as the applicant’s experience, specialization, education, as well as the company’s requirements. The provided salary range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits which may be offered to the applicant, if eligible according to the company’s policies.
