About the Role

  • Conduct field assessments and data collection to support horticultural research and crop management initiatives
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of cultivation and planting projects
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and apply best practices in sustainable horticulture
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, observations, and outcomes
  • Support training and outreach efforts to promote best practices among stakeholders
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and research in horticulture


Requirements

Eligibility: B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA in Horticulture or related fields
Freshers with strong communication & field interest are encouraged
  • Enthusiasm for fieldwork and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in basic data collection and documentation tools
  • Willingness to work in diverse field conditions and adapt to changing project demands
