About the Role

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Finance Intern to their Metro Philly location.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to support our Finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience working in a professional environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in building a career in finance or accounting.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with daily financial operations, including data entry and account reconciliations
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed by the Finance team

Competencies & Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Education & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
