About the Role

Position Overview:
 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Summer HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is best suited for someone with foundational HR knowledge and the initiative to contribute with minimal supervision. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of the HR function, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, policy communication, and compliance support. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to deliver timely, high-quality assistance that supports our people operations team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 • Assist with reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating job postings  
 • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation  
 • File, review, and maintain employee records and HR documents    
 • Learn how HR ensures legal and regulatory compliance
 • Participate in HR projects such as performance review tracking, policy updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
 • Sit in on HR meetings and learn how a corporate HR team operates day-to-day  
 
Qualifications:

 •College student or recent graduate with an interest in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
 • Familiarity with U.S. Labor Laws is a plus   
 • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  
 • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
 • Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills  
 • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism  
 • Must be able to manage a flexible schedule and show initiative
