Intern, RazerStore Operations

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented RazerStore Operations Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will play a chance to immerse in the retail operations behind a gaming powerhouse, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our fans have the ultimate experience in our stores. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and understand the inner workings of a dynamic tech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operational matters like inventory management, stock replenishment, and POS controls.
• Help maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the stores to improve store efficiency and optimize the customer experience.
• Participate in the analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational process improvements.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to support retail objectives.
• Provide administrative support to the Retail Operations team and assist in ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power Automate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A gamer at heart with a passion for the retail gaming industry.
