1. Support Vessel Voyage & Stowage Planning
- Assist in preparing basic container loading plans.
- Help ensure containers are loaded safely and follow standard guidelines.
- Learn how ships maintain stability and efficiency during a voyage.
2. Coordinate With Stakeholders
- Work with our internal teams (operations, logistics, planning) to support vessel scheduling.
- Follow up on special cargo needs such as refrigerated units or oversized items (you’ll be guided).
3. Monitor Key Operational Information
- Update simple reports on vessel utilization, container moves, and other performance indicators.
- Help track bunker (fuel) consumption data for analysis.
4. Support Documentation & Administrative Tasks
- Help review requests for cargo changes of destination (COD) under supervision.
- Assist with documentation related to dangerous goods and compliance (training and guidance provided).
- Organize data, update internal systems, and support day-to-day team tasks.
What You Will Learn

- Hands-on experience working with planning and logistics teams.
- Practical insights into the shipping industry’s operational workflow.
What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing studies in maritime, logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related fields.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Confident with basic IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage simple tasks independently.
- Curious, willing to learn, and able to support teams in a fast-moving environment.
