About the Role

Start your career with an exciting VIE opportunity as an Order Processing Specialist in Szigetszentmiklós, Hungary !

 

In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end customer order processing : ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.

You will  also play a key role in transformation, driving cross‑functional alignment and continuous improvement while contributing to the Unify program and enhancing order management performance.

 

 

Main missions:

 

Your role :

  • Own end-to-end order execution from entry to shipment, including EDI and delivery coordination
  • Monitor service performance and KPIs, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Report key logistics and service KPIs and contribute to performance reviews (SIM)
  • Ensure SLA compliance and adapt processes to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Act as the main customer contact (SPOC), capturing and relaying Voice of Customer feedback
  • Manage order validation, documentation, and critical issues (delays, stock, returns, claims)
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (CCC, BU, logistics) to ensure smooth operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to optimizing order management processes

Education : Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fileds

 

Experience : 1-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or project management (internships and apprenticeships are fully valued)

 

Skills and Mindset :

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Order management & logistics processes (end-to-end flow, delivery, documentation)
  • Data analysis & KPI tracking (service levels, root cause analysis)
  • ERP & tools proficiency (SAP, Excel, Power BI or similar)
  • Good understanding of supply chain, operations, and customer service
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management
  • Organizational, detail oriented and Problem-solving skills
  • Continuous improvement and transformation-driven
