Key Responsibilities

  • Catalog and document existing IDQ data sources across R&D, Quality, and project documentation.
  • Organize and standardize datasets using taxonomy, tagging, and metadata frameworks to ensure they are searchable, reusable, and AI-compatible.
  • Design, test, and refine Standard Operating Procedures for data labeling and preparation to support AI/agent integration.
  • Develop and pilot simple AI agents (rule-based and coded) to enhance IDQ workflows in R&D, Quality, and documentation.
  • Experiment with agentic AI use cases to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable AI-driven operations.
  • Support ongoing improvements to ensure sustainability and further development of AI-enabled workflows.

  • Strong interest in AI / agentic systems
  • Python, APIs, automation tools
  • Experience or curiosity in building agents / workflows (hard-coded or LLM-based)
  • Experimental mindset, autonomous, problem-solving oriented
  • Ability to structure data and think in systems
