The Finance Intern will act as a support function for the EMEA Finance department covering 3 operating entities.  Providing back up support for regular transactional tasks, the monthly reporting calendar, as well as ad hoc tasks.  Training will be provided to gain exposure across the department and weekly tasks will vary subject to the team schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

•Process vendors invoices via APA and SL7

•Support vendor payment runs and remittance process

•Handling vendor correspondence 

•Process customer receipts allocations 

•Distributing customer account statements 

•Reconciling Intercompany Statements 

•Reconciling Employee Expense Accounts 

•Processing journal entries 

•Preparation of reporting templates
