About the Role
As an intern in DEME’s Digital Office, you’ll work hands-on on the organization of a company-wide Security Awareness Week. You’ll help set up activities, create communication materials, support events, and coordinate practical actions for employees, from crew to office staff across all DEME entities. This internship is about doing: making security topics like cybersecurity and data protection clear, engaging, and relevant through an event that is part of a bigger awareness campaign.

Your responsibilities

  • Support event preparation: assist in planning and coordination practical tasks for the Security Awareness Week

  • Create basic communications: help draft simple communication materials based on existing concepts and guidelines

  • Coordinate logistics: follow up on room bookings, materials, schedules, and supplier contacts

  • Assist during events: provide on-site support during sessions, workshops, or awareness activities

  • Collaborate with IEC and Digital Office: Work closely with both teams for content alignment and practical excecution

Your profile

  • Student Event Management or related field, with interest in communication and coordination

  • Hands on and organized: able to manage practical tasks and follow up details

  • Clear communicator: comfortable preparing simple messages and coordinating with stakeholders

  • Proactive and reliable: willing to take initiative within defined boundaries

  • Fluent in English: additional languages are a plus
