About the Role

Localisation : Neuilly-sur-Seine

Contrat : Alternance de 1 ou 2 ans à pourvoir en septembre 2026

Within Corporate IT's Digital Workplace Services team, you will play a hands-on role in helping employees worldwide get the best out of their Microsoft productivity tools — through clear communications, compelling enablement content and smooth project delivery.

Operating at the crossroads of change management, internal communications and project coordination, you will evolve in a global, fast-paced Digital Workplace environment, working closely with product owners, adoption and change teams, local IT relays and business contacts, with occasional interactions across time zones as part of a worldwide community.

What impact you create at Chanel

  • Create adoption and change content (posts, guides, visuals, short videos) that helps employees use Digital Workplace solutions more effectively.
  • Bring the global Digital Workplace community to life by sharing updates, capturing feedback and ensuring knowledge circulates across regions.
  • Support the coordination of key initiatives (e.g., data migration activities to finalize a collaborative data management program, DIGI’snacks, a large online event to support adoption on our solutions)
  • Contribute to impactful enablement moments (training/communication event) and to the ongoing communication on Microsoft Evergreen releases, so our partners stay up to date.

You are energised by

  • Turning complex topics into simple, useful content that people actually use (change communications, quick tips, short videos).
  • Collaborating in a global ecosystem, building connections and learning from diverse local needs and ways of working.
  • Mixing creativity and structure: ideating communication formats while keeping projects on track (planning, follow-up, coordination).
  • Being in a fast-changing Microsoft environment (Evergreen), where curiosity and continuous learning are key.

What you will bring

  • A Master’s level student (engineering school, business school or university), with a first exposure to an organization (internship, apprenticeship, student job or association project).
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and an ability to adapt tone and format to different audiences.
  • Rigor, reliability and a proactive mindset to coordinate activities, follow up on actions and deliver on deadlines.
  • Solid command of digital tools (Excel and PowerPoint) and interest in collaboration/productivity solutions.
  • Comfortable working in English in an international context.

What Chanel can offer you

  • A concrete learning path in Corporate IT, at the heart of the Digital Workplace and employee experience topics.
  • Skill development in change management and internal communication (including experimenting with short video formats), plus exposure to community engagement in a global setting.
  • Hands-on project coordination experience: planning, tracking deliverables, supporting data migration activities and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft productivity solutions and how Evergreen releases are managed and communicated in a large organization.

At Chanel, we are focused on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth, contributing to collective progress. We believe the uniqueness of each individual increases the diversity, complementarity and effectiveness of our teams. We strongly encourage your application, as we value the perspective, experience and potential you could bring to Chanel.
