Your tasks?

• You will support the internal communications of the Car Engineering department on strategic and operational topics and work closely with various departments as well as external contact persons.
• You will independently create target group-oriented content such as texts, visuals, articles or videos for internal communication channels.
• As part of event management, you plan, coordinate and accompany events, coordinating with locations, service providers and internal and external stakeholders.
• On site, you will ensure that events run smoothly, coordinate those involved and provide support with organisational issues and troubleshooting.
• In addition, you will be involved in the conception, preparation and implementation of various communication and exchange formats such as flashlights or town halls.
• You will support the maintenance, further development and structuring of the SharePoint as the central information platform of the Caar Engineering department.
• The user-oriented preparation of content as well as the optimization of the information architecture and ensuring that all content is up-to-date rounds off your task profile.

Your profile?

• You are an enrolled student (d/m/f/x) in the field of communication, media, marketing, design or in a comparable course of study.
• In addition, you have already gained some practical experience and have a great interest in communication, strategy, storytelling and content creation.
• With very good German and English skills, you are convincing both in writing and orally in communicating with different target groups.
• You are characterized by a structured, creative and independent way of working as well as a high degree of initiative and organizational skills.
• You enjoy working in a team, are actively involved and appreciate working with different stakeholders.
• In addition, you are willing to work with the team occasionally on site in Stuttgart or Böblingen.
