Summary

SENS is seeking a Finance Intern (Summer 2026) for an 8–10 week internship to support the Finance. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial operations within a manufacturing environment, including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting support, data validation, and process improvement initiatives. 


This internship is designed to provide practical experience in corporate finance, accounting operations, and business analytics within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing organization.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and data validation activities 
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes 
  • Help analyze operational and sales data to identify trends and insights 
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial dashboards 
  • Assist with ERP and financial system data accuracy initiatives 
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Production, and Accounting teams as needed 
  • Assist with administrative and operational finance tasks as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field 
  • College student entering Junior or Senior year of Bachelor’s program or first year of Master's program in Fall 2026 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools 
  • Interest in manufacturing, industrial operations, or corporate finance 
  • Ability to interpret and organize large data sets


Location: This position is located in Longmont, CO.

 

Base Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 is the projected compensation range for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. 

 

Closing Date: June 12th, 2026. While we expect to keep the position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed early based on applicant volume and hiring needs.
