About the role

As our Marketing Intern, you will support the day-to-day work behind building and activating three internationally recognized FMCG brands in Belgium. You will work closely with the local marketing team across a broad range of activities, with a focus on social media, content creation and creator collaborations.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the planning and execution of marketing activations in Belgium, including ambassador activities, product launches and selected events

  • Supporting creator collaborations and helping identify relevant creators and profiles for our brands

  • Assisting the marketing team in content creation by supporting content days, contributing with content ideas and editing videos

  • Supporting community management across social platforms and helping keep our audiences engaged

  • Coordinating marketing materials such as POS, clothing and merch, ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in the right place

  • Managing inventory and supporting distribution of marketing assets

  • Organizing influencer and PR sendouts

  • Conducting competitor, social media and brand research to support the marketing team with insights, trends and new ideas

What you will learn

This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-moving FMCG company and get a close understanding of how internationally recognized brands are built and activated within a local market.

During your internship, you will develop experience within social media marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, community engagement and marketing coordination, while also building strong project management and stakeholder communication skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.

As this is an unpaid internship, the role is best suited for students looking to gain hands-on experience alongside their studies.

Who you are

You are currently studying within marketing, business or a related field, and are looking for an internship where you can combine your interest in brand-building, , social media and content creation with hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment. As part of your studies, you are available to work at least 4 days per week.

You are proactive, hands-on and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly the same. You are structured, collaborative and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and driving them forward.

We also think you:
  • Have a strong interest in social media, digital trends and content creation

  • Enjoy keeping up with creators, platforms and what engages audiences online

  • Have a positive, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy finding ways to make things happen

  • Are organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time

  • Have strong communication skills and communicate fluently in English and Dutch. French is considered a plus

  • Enjoy working closely with others and contributing to a collaborative team environment

  • Are curious about FMCG, branding and consumer marketing in an international setting
