Job Description:
Location: Onsite in Lincoln, NE

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support organizational decision-making
Work with data consumers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business rules and context behind available data
Assist in validating data quality, accuracy, and completeness across multiple datasets
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that meet business needs
Monitor and troubleshoot issues in reports or dashboards
Participate in Agile or project-based activities such as team stand-ups and sprint reviews
Assist with compiling and presenting findings in a clear and meaningful way for stakeholders
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution) OR recently graduated (within one year) from an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution).
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools
Familiarity with SQL or data querying concepts preferred
Interest in data visualization and dashboard development
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
