About the Role
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a temporary, part time, administrative position to assist with general administrative duties and various projects in our Connected Assets and Scheduled Services Department. Position helps facilitate proactive maintenance scheduling of machine technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting, filing, scanning and organizing documents
  • Data entry
  • Support the team with incoming emails and phone calls, determine which team member should handle the email and answering basic questions.
  • Help determine which machines are due for service from various applications
  • Document processing
  • Work collaboratively with team to help support various projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Computer skills, experience with Microsoft  Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Personal Attributes: excellent communication skills, dependable, organized, willing to learn, able to multi-task, and attention to detail
  • Work onsite
  • Able to work up to 28 hours per week

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, talking, hearing

  • Working conditions are indoor and quiet

The pay range for this position is

$17.47 to $20.95

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
