About the Role

As a working student in the field of Marketing & Sales, you will actively support our central sales team with operational and organizational tasks. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales and Marketing and gain insights into sales processes as well as event management. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the planning and execution of trade fairs, customer events, and webinars in Marketing & Sales
  • Taking on administrative tasks in event management, including organization and follow-up of events
  • Preparing and creating sales-related documents and presentations in coordination with the sales team
  • Coordinating and independently organizing internal team events
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Maintaining and structuring information and documents in the marketing and sales environment

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ongoing studies in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field
  • Proficient in MS365 applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
  • Strong organizational skills and interest in marketing, sales, and event management
  • Willingness to be regularly present on-site at the office in Hamburg at least two working days per week
