Job Description
The goal is to help build the Preventive Maintenance system. Roles would consist of:
- Document/researching machines by building
- Cataloging manuals and scanning into system
- Labeling Machines with asset information
- Support developing/documenting preventative maintenance steps per OEM recommendation and enter into maintenance management system
Qualifications
To be successful in performing these responsibilities, an applicant should have a combination of technical aptitude, organization skills, and attention to detail.
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training (e.g., maintenance, manufacturing, industrial technology) preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or technical support environment is helpful
- Experience working with equipment documentation, asset tracking, or maintenance systems is a plus
Technical Skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how machines are assembled and function
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and OEM documentation
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar software (preferred)
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, scanning systems, document storage tools)
