Accounting & Finance Intern – Wildpack Beverage
Location: Vancouver, BC (Remote)
Duration: 8–16 weeks months (with potential for extension or full-time conversion)

About the Role
As an Accounting & Finance Intern at Wildpack, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the financial operations of a multi-site manufacturing business.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond textbook accounting and understand how finance actually operates inside a business—working closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to support real-time decision making.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Assist with tracking and analyzing production costs, inventory, and COGS across multiple facilities
- Help prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Partner with operations teams to understand cost drivers and identify areas for efficiency
- Support AP/AR processes, including invoice tracking, payment reconciliation, and vendor coordination
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

Who You Are
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator who can work across teams

- Exposure to accounting or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Interest in manufacturing, CPG, or supply chain environments
- Experience with financial modeling or data visualization tools
