The intern will support digital commerce expansions across MTMAG, HORECA, and Social Commerce, with a strong focus on acquisition, platform execution, and content management. This role provides hands-on exposure on how physical distribution and strong online content (mental availability) drive online sales.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Expansion & Sell‑In (MTMAG & HORECA)
- Expand online distribution by increasing virtual store count through sell-in and acquisition
- Assist in meal-pairing activations with QSR partners
- Coordinate with aggregator partners to:
- Process store onboarding requirement
- Support operational training for go-live date
New Doors Incubation & Performance Tracking
- Assist in auditing and tracking KPIs such as:
- Item and store-level availability
- Meal-pairing attachment rates
- Support post-mortem analysis on launches and pilots
- Consolidate learnings and best practices for digital commerce execution
Social Commerce Operations & Content Support
- Assist in the Social Commerce launch setup, including E2E fulfillment readiness across store operations, platform enablers, inventory synchronization checks
- Coordinate with internal Brand teams and external media agencies to finalize media plan and track basic Social Commerce KPIs (availability, sell-through, content completeness)
Content Management & Brand Execution
- Assist in the review and execution of content assets (images, copy, bundles) across platforms
- Ensure key visuals follow brand guidelines and communicates key benefits and support content improvement recommendations based on data
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- Strong interest in digital commerce, content, and social platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
- Good communication and coordination skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to social media content, KOLs, or e-commerce platforms
- Basic understanding of online sales or content metrics
- Proficiency in Excel or PowerPoint
