Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt das Team dabei, unsere Endverbraucher mit einem guten Kundenservice happy zu machen

  • Du bearbeitest selbständig Kundenanfragen per Email, Telefon oder Chat.

  • Hierbei geht es u.a. um Fragen zu Bestellungen, Lieferungen, Reklamationen und Zahlungen

  • Dabei ist unser CRM System Salesforce sowie SAP dein ständiger Begleiter

Dein Profil:

  • Du studierst in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb oder Marketing.

  • Du stehst uns über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 12 Monaten mit 20 Stunden pro Woche in der Vorlesungszeit sowie mehr Stunden in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit zur Verfügung. Homeoffice ist nach der Einarbeitung möglich.

  • Du interessierst dich für End2End Prozesse im Kundenservice B2B mit Schwerpunkt auf unseren eigenen E-Shop.

  • Kundenorientierung und Arbeiten mit modernen Technologien ist dein Ding?

  • Du sprichst Deutsch? Gut! And English or French? Great!
