About the Role

What will you do?

Start Your Career in Talent Acquisition; As a Recruiting Intern, you’ll get real-world exposure to how companies attract, evaluate, and hire talent. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing and be involved in real recruitment processes from day one.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Supporting the full recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions
  • Reviewing resumes and identifying  operative talent
  • Coordinating interviews and connecting with candidates
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and campus initiatives
  • Helping maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Working closely with HR and business teams on active hiring projects
  • This internship is designed to give you practical experience, not just observation.

*Location: Schneider Electric, Planta Rojo Gómez: Av. Javier Rojo Gómez 1121-A, Guadalupe del Moral, Iztapalapa, 09300 Ciudad de México.

*7 am - 1 pm.

*Monday to Friday, morning availabilities.

  • Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or People Management
    Good communication skills and confidence speaking with others.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and digital tools (we’ll teach you the rest!)

Who will you report to?

You will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with:

  • Recruiters
  • HR Business Partners
  • Hiring managers from different areas
  • This is an individual contributor role within a supportive, collaborative team that encourages learning, questions, and new ideas.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in: Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. (Must: Graduating in June 2027 or later) 
  • Intermediate - advanced English.
  • Motivation to learn about recruitment and people-related topics
  • Availability for an internship commitment. (30 hours per week)
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong interest in starting a career in HR or Talent Acquisition
