Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Intern to support daily administrative, accounts, HR, operations, sales, and service coordination tasks. The role involves managing documentation, data updates, portal handling, and follow-ups to ensure smooth internal operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage leads on national and state portals
  • Handle NOC documentation and state subsidy-related paperwork
  • Maintain proper filing of records and reports
  • Manage bundles and entries in Tally.
  • Maintain files for sales and purchase records.
  • Support BOS-related operational activities and updates
  • Handle connectivity updates and onboard new client information
  • Follow up on pending payments and maintain status reports.


Requirements

  • Bachelors Of Commerce, Arts or any other related field.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with Tally is a plus.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative work efficiently.
