Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Intern to support daily administrative, accounts, HR, operations, sales, and service coordination tasks. The role involves managing documentation, data updates, portal handling, and follow-ups to ensure smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and manage leads on national and state portals
- Handle NOC documentation and state subsidy-related paperwork
- Maintain proper filing of records and reports
- Manage bundles and entries in Tally.
- Maintain files for sales and purchase records.
- Support BOS-related operational activities and updates
- Handle connectivity updates and onboard new client information
- Follow up on pending payments and maintain status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelors Of Commerce, Arts or any other related field.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with Tally is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative work efficiently.
