About the Role

MAIN MISSIONS

Alongside the HR and Business Development Teamsyou will be actively involved in HR BAU, projects and process design & implementation impacting on AXA Liabilities Managers’ day-to-day all while being aligned with our long-term strategy so as to support the Business Strategy and its implementation.

Let's talk about your main mission if you accept it:

Be involved in major HR processes with data & quality management dimension implemented at both global and local level! 

  • Support on transversal projects with a direct impact on our long-term HR strategy (Comp&BenPromotionsRemCo Process, End Year Review, Campaigns, etc.); 
  • Share new ideas about the optimization of our HR processes (recruitment / lifecycle contract / on and offboarding)   
  • Be in support of reporting by collecting, analyzing the data, respecting the reverse schedule   
  • Help inform the decisions, leveraging AI and technologies

 

Be in charge of operational tasks with a direct impact on the employees' day to day

  • Be in charge of onboarding and offboarding process through Pléiades (payroll tool) and the dedicated applications 
  • Be in support on the payroll subjects (preparation & integration of the variable pay elements in our platform, participation to the monthly payroll calls with the Group Team); 
  • Be in support on the HRIS projects (deployment of new compensation tool ; deployment of new recruitment platform and new performance tool & process etc.) 
  • Be in support on the Compensation Review (consolidation of files, preparation of bonus letters) 
  • Be in support on the HR communication for AXA LM in France 
  • Be the entry point of HR related questions (home-working, payroll, holidays, authorization, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain a report on HR activities and processes on an annual basis
  • Monitor the HR data & support efforts to ensure its accuracy and quality
  • Define the commun foundamentales and specify the local specificities & processes where applicable 
  • Involve and get inputs from different stakeholders at all levels  

 

PROFILE

 

1 – Education: 

  • Preparation of a Master degree (BAC(+5)) in Sciences Po, Business School, Human Resources, etc. 

2 – Mindset: 

  • Proactive, dynamic and self - motivated 

  • Methodic, well organized and capable to manage multiple tasks and jump from one project to another that might be totally different in a fast-changing environment

  • Result-oriented, resilient and able to deliver on-time and quality

  • Open to feedback, curious and keen to learn

  • Motivated to work within an international and cross-cultural environment

  • Team spirit  

3 – Competencies: 

  • Fluent in English and French both written and verbal.  
  • Advanced level with Microsoft Office, specially with Powerpoint & Excel

  • Fundamental HR knowledge

  • Project Management knowledge/skills

  • Comfortable with HR tools
