HR Operations Intern

What You Will Do

As an HR Operations Intern, you’ll jump right into real work—supporting day-to-day HR activities, helping keep employee data accurate, and assisting with HR-related questions across the business. You’ll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, learn how HR processes like background screening work, and collaborate with your team to create a great experience for employees around the world.

What We Look For

Required

• English at B2 level
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication and people-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Team spirit and willingness to collaborate

Preferred

• Another language (German, French, or Spanish)
• Interest in HR, data, or administrative work
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) or motivation to learn

Salary: starting from 6,00 € gross per hour. Our offices are based in the vibrant city center close to the river and Eurovea 1&2 shopping center. The onsite facilities include coffee machines and canteen or restaurants.
