About the Role

Summary

Internship position available for a current college student on our Toolmaker Solutions Segment Management team. The role will be hybrid in our Dublin office 30-40 hours per week with a start date in June.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•    Document Carbide Rods and Diamond manufacturing quotes and pricing processes
•    Working with Toolmaker Solutions Segment Managers to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements that can be addressed, for example: automation or using tools such as AI, etc.
•    Develop pricing and profitability audit and process for each Segment to identify problem areas and follow-up steps
•    Implement Segment pricing and profitability analysis reporting with list of issues to be addressed
•    Document Request for Quotes and pricing processes by Segment

Qualifications

Business mindset with excellent communication skills

Education and/or Work Experience

Currently enrollent in college seeking a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.

Technical Skills/Physical Requirements

▪ Comfortable with Excel/Power BI/CRM tools.
▪ Some exposure to AI tools, automation, Python, Power Automate, or similar.
