About the Role

Team overview and job responsibilities 

We are looking for an Intern to join the HR team. Based in La Rosa plant located in Mataderos, CABA.  We will incorporate a proactive student who can quickly absorb, through internal training, the fundamental knowledge for the development of their work. Must have analytical and critical thinking about internal procedures. 

Main responsibilities:

Candidate will cooperative and actively participate in: 

  • Payroll updates
  • Management of onboarding processes
  • Employee assistance in general HR processes
  • Support to the team on matters related to the HR area

 

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for a student with the following skills and motivations: 

  • University student of Human Resources, Labor Relations or similar 
  • Advanced level of English 
  • Good knowledge in Office pack 
  • Workday software package preferable

Buscamos un Pasante que se una al equipo de RRHH. Con base en la planta La Rosa ubicada en Mataderos, CABA.  Se pretende incorporar un estudiante proactivo que pueda rápidamente absorber, a través de capacitaciones internas, los conocimientos fundamentales para el desarrollo de su trabajo. Debe tener pensamiento analítico y crítico sobre los procedimientos internos.  

Principales responsabilidades: 

El candidato participará y cooperará activamente en: 

  • Novedades de liquidación
  • Gestión en los procesos de inducción 
  • Asistencia al empleado en los procesos generales de HR
  • Soporte al equipo en temas relativos al área

¿A quién buscamos? 

Estamos buscando un estudiante con las siguientes habilidades y motivaciones: 

  • Estudiante universitario de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales o similar 
  • Inglés avanzado 
  • Buen manejo de paquete office 
  • Conocimiento del software Workday es deseable
