About the Role

Looking for an internship in 2026 in Financial Services? We are offering talented students the opportunity to gain valuable insight and hands‑on experience into our business. The internship will be conducted in our Manila office, with the final duration aligned with the agreement between TP ICAP and your university.

This Internship Program includes opportunities across our HR Operations and HR Advisory teams—ideal for students passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

The opportunity:

We are recruiting Interns to join our Human Resources function. This internship provides exposure to the full employee lifecycle—from HR service delivery and administrative processes to HR advisory, employee relations, and people‑focused initiatives.

Interns will gain meaningful experience, contribute to real business initiatives, and collaborate with experienced HR professionals across the team.

What you can expect:

Depending on your assigned function, you may be involved in some of the following:

HR Operations

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.

  • Assist with onboarding documentation, employee orientation, and pre‑employment requirements.

  • Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and employee files.

  • Assist with HR compliance, reporting, and audit‑related documentation.

  • Help organize HR programs, engagement events, and internal communications.

HR Advisory

  • Support HR Advisors in preparing employee relations documentation and case materials.

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing employee data for reporting and insight generation.

  • Help coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing materials for HR briefings, policy communication, and workshops.

  • Participate in research (policies, trends, benchmarking) relevant to advisory work.

  • Maintain trackers related to employee movements and ER cases.

  • Support investigations and memo drafting (where appropriate for interns).

  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to enable seamless HR service delivery.

What we require from you:

You will be an existing student in your penultimate year of study, expecting to graduate between October 2026 and August 2027.

You bring:

  • Strong interest in HR Operations, HR Advisory, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partnering.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

  • Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving situations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
