Internship: Business / Expansion Ops (Berlin / NRW / Remote )

With a proven expansion blueprint and a clear M&amp;A strategy, we’ll triple revenue next year. Our founders - serial entrepreneurs who’ve raised &gt;USD 80m from top-tier US investors and just closed another strong seed round - are pushing hard into new geographies.</p> <p>Now we need top 0.1% builders. If that sounds like you - read on.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p>At the end of your internship, <strong>you&#39;ll have built &gt;3 new locations</strong> (car inspection centres) - from sourcing prime real estate to launching fully operational inspection hubs and onboarding first customers:</p> <ul> <li>Proactively <strong>scout and evaluate new locations across Bavaria, Hessen, NRW, and BaWü</strong>; negotiate competitive lease contracts with realtors. <strong>Focus on NRW.</strong></li> <li><strong>Manage the conversion of leased properties into state‑of‑the‑art tech-enabled inspection hubs</strong> by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure on‑time openings.</li> <li>Provide agile support on <strong>ad‑hoc projects, addressing operational challenges</strong> at both existing and new sites.</li> <li>Embrace a <strong>mobile role, spending the majority of your internship on‑site &amp; on-the-road</strong> and serving as a key driver of our expansion strategy.</li> <li><strong>Enhance our operations</strong> by identifying site‑specific issues and collaborating with our headquarters team to implement tech‑driven solutions.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><strong>A true generalist</strong> who connects the dots across functions.</li> <li><strong>An excellent multitasker</strong> with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.</li> <li>Currently enrolled in or recently completed a <strong>bachelor&#39;s</strong> (min. 4th semester) or <strong>master’s programme.</strong></li> <li><strong>Fully fluent in German (C2) and a valid driver&#39;s license (B)</strong> is a must.</li> <li><strong>Getting your hands dirty</strong> in an ops-heavy role is music to your ears.</li> <li><strong>Experienced in fast‑paced environments is a plus</strong> (e.g., hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.</li> <li>Available for <strong>3-9 months in Berlin/NRW from Q2/Q3 &#39;26.</strong></li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Compensation:</strong> You will be paid even if it is a mandatory Internship (Pflichtpraktikum).
