Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team;
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description creation, requirement definition, and candidate assessment through interviews;
  • Conduct Active Sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for strategic positions;

Employer Branding:

  • Represent Bosch at external events such as job fairs, conferences, tech talks, and other recruitment and tech-related initiatives;

Stakeholders & Candidates Management:

  •  Build trusting relationships with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand open roles and effectively suggest potential candidates.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education:

  • Degree on Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, or similar;

Knowledge:

  • Interest and ability to learn IT related topics;

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (mandatory - written and spoken);

Working Style & Methods: 

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in multinational cross-functional environments;
  • Proactive and solution oriented mindset;

Personality:

  • Passionate about customer success and delivering results;
  • Detail-oriented with a critical approach to problem solving and innovation.
